About CHRIS

Chris is originally from New Jersey, and currently based in Brooklyn, NY. He studied film at the University Of Texas at Austin, focusing in Screenwriting and Experimental Film Production. He also served as Editor-In-Chief of UT-Austin’s official satirical publication, the Texas Travesty.

After graduating, Chris relocated to Chicago to write for The Onion, eventually transferring across the office to ClickHole, The Onion’s sister website, where he still works as a Senior Writer. He’s also worked as a tutor during the pandemic, volunteered at The Raptor Trust, a birds of prey sanctuary in Millington, NJ, and failed NYC’s lifeguard training program in 2023.
